Phase 1 Handover
At the weekend, the fist handovers at 45 The Mall began including a show apartment. Final images to follow.
In the rest of the apartment block, the floors are at various stages of internal installation from second side boarded to bare walls and concrete floors. Progress continues throughout the building right to the top floor.
Project completion date is August 2021.
