Progress: Harberton Hall, South Belfast

At our project in South Belfast, the mechanical and electrical 1st fix is nearly complete.

The internal plaster is ongoing while the external render is near completion.
The windows are 90% finished while the zinc roof and PVC are coming near to completion.

Handover is expected late Summer/early Autumn to Abbeyfield – a charity for older people providing housing across the UK and internationally. There will be 32 state of the art apartments and supported accommodation at Harberton Hall for older people.
