Our project in Creggan, LondonDerry saw the construction of 127 Social Housing units including infrastructure at the site of an old school. The scheme consisted of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 6 complex needs houses which are wheelchair accessible.

These Lifetime Homes were built in a high demand area for social housing. The homes were completed on time and on budget, with the final phase handed over on 20th November 2015 to the excited new key holders.
