New Project: Upper Newtownards Road

EHA are delighted to be on site for Clanmil Housing in East Belfast. The team will construct 15 social homes with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom properties.

The project is being delivered in partnership with Lacuna Developments who we are also working with on Ravensdale Street, Belfast.

Site set up is now complete with perimeter hoarding and pile driving complete. A reduced level dig and ground beam excavation are ongoing.

Project completion is due September 2022.
