St. Gemma’s, Ardoyne
Progress continues at the site of the former St. Gemma’s girls school in Ardoyne.
This is being developed for Clanmil Housing into:
- 29 Social Houses
- 24 Apartments
- 5 retail units
Work has begun on the apartment block where the ground floor reinforced structure is ongoing.
The brickwork and window installs continue while the scaffolding is down on some of the homes.
