Project Update: Downpatrick
The redevelopment of the old Downe Hospital site is nearing completion, transforming the derelict site into new, modern homes for Clanmill Housing Association.
At the top section of the development, the houses are nearing completion with snagging ongoing. The roads are awaiting Tarmac ready for handover in the next few weeks.
At the lower section of the site, the houses are nearing completion with finishing by each of the trades throughout. The ground workers are finishing the rear gardens moving towards kerbing at the front this week.
For the apartments, the roof works are ongoing to the lower building with internal works progressing on the top buildings.
