Project Update: Upper Newtownards Road

At our project on the Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast the site has progressed well in the lead up to Christmas.

On the second floor, the brick work and block work is almost complete and awaiting slab installation.

The team are building 15 social homes with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom properties for Clanmil Housing. The project is being delivered in partnership with Lacuna Developments who we are also in partnership with at our project on Ravensdale Street, Belfast.

Project completion is due September 2022.
