Showcase of Finalists CEF Construction Excellence Awards
Tomorrow the Construction Employers Federation will host the Showcase of Finalists for the Construction Excellence Awards 2019 at Foyle College, Derry/Londonderry.
The Showcase is an opportunity to discover more about some of the best projects and initiatives that the local industry has delivered over the last year.
The fifteen award categories in the Construction Excellence Awards recognise the industry’s contribution to society in providing clean water, new roads, new homes, modern hospitals, fit-for-purpose schools and places to shop, work, worship and socialise. They also celebrate the preservation of our built heritage and the efforts of construction companies to protect their workers, the environment and jobs.
EHA is shortlisted in the categories of:
Social Housing Award – St. Brecan’s Park, Trench Road, Derry/Londonderry
Private Housing Award – Huntingdon Hill, Barnfield Road, Derriaghy, Lisburn.
The CEF comment that the exhibition is “..a fine exhibition and celebration of the breadth of talent that exists within the construction industry in Northern Ireland.”
