St Brecan’s Park – Phase 4

The fourth phase of St Brecan’s park was handed over on Wednesday the 6th of February 2019 to Apex Housing Association.

Located on the Trench Road, Derry/Londonderry, the scheme provides new, Lifetime homes for the local community.

14 homes were handed over in total from Phase 4 St. Brecan’s Park.

The remaining houses will be handed over from Phases Five & Six at the end of March 2019, completing the project.
