Broadway House is located on the busy and bustling Bromley High Street, just 1 hour from the City of London. This was an existing office block which EHA stripped back to the shell. We removed the windows but retained the existing cladding, ensuring maximum light into the accommodation.
An additional 2 floors were created to the front and rear of the building to allow for an extra 9 apartments. This allowed us to construct 43 turn-key units in total.
