The Calico House scheme was created on a vacant site on Long Lane, moments from Bermondsey Street, SE1.
A 7 storey infill was required on a tight space, consisting of 5 stories of apartments over ground and first floor commercial space.
Nine apartments were constructed with office and retail space on the lower floors. The office space was later converted into a further 2 apartments and the retail space was occupied by an architecture firm.
