Located off Pound Lane in Downpatrick town centre, this scheme will provide essential social housing for the Co. Down area, and will also redevelop this part of Downpatrick. It brings new life to a previously derelict Hospital site.
EHA was appointed as the Design & Build contractor by Clanmil Housing Association. Work began with an archaeological dig in May 2018, consisting of 20 trenches dug to virgin ground level. Phase 1 completion and handover were carried out in July 2021.
Phase two is progressing well with handover to follow soon.
