Chosen to deliver Choice Housing’s latest development project in Belfast, we were delighted to hand over the completed site. Choice is one of Northern Irelands largest housing associations who can now offer 90 new homes on the former ‘Park Avenue Hotel’ site in East Belfast.

The 90 units are a mixed tenure residential development, with 63 of these for social housing use and the other 27 units for private rent.

The residential development will enhance the local area and includes communal gardens, car parking, soft landscaping and a tenant and staff hub.

EHA is honoured that the project is shortlisted as ‘Project of the Year’ in the 2024 Construction News awards. The awards night is in London this July.
