At 173 – 187 Ravenhill Avenue, EHA constructed 86 social housing units for Fold Housing Association, which is now Radius Housing. These homes are located in a popular and highly convenient area of South East Belfast.

This social housing scheme, designed by Knox & Clayton Architects, comprised of 23 terrace dwellings, 6 semi-detached dwellings and 57 apartments. It is now home to 86 families. View other social housing projects we have completed with Fold Housing.
