EHA were delighted to hand over 15 brand new social housing apartments in East Belfast to client Clanmil Housing, in partnership with Lacuna Developments.

The team constructed a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom properties on the popular Upper Newtownards Road area of Belfast. This made use of a site previously occupied by a petrol station until it closed around 2009.

The new apartment building is specifically designed for active older people and is located on the Glider route. The apartments facing onto the Upper Newtownards Road also benefit from views towards the Knock Golf Club.
