This is where all construction starts “from the ground up”. EHA is at the forefront of civil engineering and the director has been involved in the sector for over 35 years. We have experienced some tough challenges over this time and use these experiences daily to help our clients achieve their needs. All EHA’s civil engineering works are carried out in-house by our specialised engineers.

EHA has worked comprehensively across the private residential sector with projects ranging from luxury high-end Mayfair developments, private housing schemes to multi story apartment blocks throughout the UK. We have an all-encompassing track record proven by our client and partner list. Our specialised team carry a wealth of knowledge in refurbishment, conversion, listed buildings and new build schemes.

EHA is experienced in the commercial sector with a proven track record in delivering quality. We provide professional commercial construction in Ireland, London and the rest of the UK. Providing a host of construction services from offices, retail units and large factory activation. Like our other sectors, we manage all aspects of the build right from design to a full turnkey solution.

EHA Group has recently been working on projects in the hotel and hospitality sector. One current project is the development of a 110 bedroom hotel in Plymouth city centre, due for completion in early 2019.

Our first experience in the Health Care sector dates back to 1989 when we constructed a 38 bed nursing home. We continued to build and develop our experience, but in the early 90’s we posted a game changer for clients, completing a 72 bed nursing home with a day care center (traditional build) in an amazing 16 week period. Like other sectors of the business, we have a dedicated team who focus on the client’s needs whether that be design and build, traditional or turnkey solutions. EHA thrive on the partnerships we have gained over the years and look forward to creating many more in the future.

EHA Group’s residential and high-rise expertise has now evolved into the student sector. Our work includes design and construction of student accommodation for well recognised student providers, as well as a 500 bed student residence, one the largest student builds in the UK. We understand the specific challenges of student accommodation, including working in live university campuses with students in residence, carrying out phasing and programming works in line with academic timetables, plus minimising noise and disruption for academic study.
